The opportunity was offered on the Property Moose platform to investors as a development equity JV (Joint Venture).
The refurbishment works were completed on schedule and on budget. With the impressive quality of finish that the developer produced, a sale to a first time buyer was achieved within 3 weeks of marketing. The buyer paid above the open market asking price to secure the property.
As soon as the sale completed, accounts were produced with 100% of the funds being returned to investors along with their percentage share of the development profit.
